Our Waste Treatment Facility
Paschal Technical Services Limited owns and operates a 24 hour, fully equipped Waste Treatment Facility strategically located in Igwuruta, Ikwerre Local Government Area, Rivers State, Nigeria. The facility is purpose-built and fully compliant with Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) and Federal Ministry of Environment (FMENV) guidelines, providing integrated hazardous and non hazardous waste management solutions for the oil and gas industry. Guided by a strict cradle-to-grave philosophy, we ensure that all wastes received are properly tracked, treated, and disposed of in accordance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards
Facility Infrastructure
Our facility is engineered to ensure safety, efficiency, and environmental protection. It features concreted and lined process floors, an integrated drainage system with collection and sampling points, and secure storage areas for untreated waste, residual ash, recyclables, and CCUs. The site includes a 150,000-litre liquid sludge pit and a 250,000 cubic metre drill cutting pit, with proper waste segregation and an up-to-date manifest tracking system to maintain full regulatory compliance.
To ensure continuous regulatory compliance and adherence to international best practices, we conduct monthly environmental monitoring, including noise assessments, air quality analysis, and groundwater testing, with quarterly reports submitted to relevant authorities to promote
transparency and environmental stewardship.
Equipment & Technical Capacity
Our facility is equipped with modern waste processing systems, including segregation and weighing equipment, lifting systems, and a dedicated fleet for safe waste transportation. We operate a 30TPH Thermal Desorption Unit for efficient oil recovery and emission control, alongside a high-performance incinerator with 99.9% DRE. Additional capabilities include tank cleaning, spill response and soil remediation equipment, fluorescent tube disposal systems, and drum/IBC crushing
machines for volume reduction
