Waste Incineration

We provide advanced thermal destruction services using our V500C Macroburn Incinerator, engineered to achieve a Destruction and Removal Efficiency (DRE) of 99.9% for Principal Organic Hazardous Constituents (POHCs) and Dangerous Combustion By-Products (DCBPs). This high-performance system ensures the safe elimination of hazardous waste while maintaining strict environmental compliance.

The 5-ton-per-hour incineration unit operates at temperatures ranging from 800°C in the primary chamber to 1500°C in the secondary chamber, ensuring complete combustion and effective
destruction of hazardous materials. It is equipped with a Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) System for real-time emission tracking and features advanced emission control mechanisms, including a dry scrubber system to limit particulate matter, hydrochloric acid (HCL), and other regulated emissions within approved standards.

With a total mass emission rate of less than 0.01% of the total mass feed rate of POHCs, particulate matter below 180mg/dry standard cubic meter (corrected for oxygen), and controlled ash/slag that
meets regulatory TCLP limits, our facility demonstrates strong environmental stewardship. Having successfully destroyed over 2,700 tons of hazardous waste streams including medical and chemical waste we remain committed to delivering safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible waste treatment solutions.
